i am not too sure cos i did not take note of that and i am technically not sure about all this aftn sun's issue...my hubby is the one who is in charge we are not doing any shutter...but if u look at my blog pictures at the balcony...we are replacing the cloth to shade off the sun....not doing any awning or roller shutter...

no...we are doing a 3 pc sliding door.....cos our 3 bedroom we did a L shaped wardrobe to store our other clothings which we are also using that as a maid's room.....

eh...i hope i dun sound critical...i am just passing my knowledge to you...cos after you lay the tiles, there is no turning back....and we are dogs lovers, we will accomodate to our furkids needs, right? i even do a platform bed in my room so that my furkids can go and down the bed as and when they want.... my hubby says i am so cunning lor....when suddenly i want to do a platform bed....me die for dogs, so no choice lah...

yes....cos i have viewed so many units, so i am quite sick of viewing and when i stepped into this unit, i told my hubby....i want to buy this unit!!!! i like your decor tiles....is it rough surface? will it track dust and dirt?

i am not too sure either....i checked with Hafary staff, they claimed that it will not be stained....but we were not very convinced as dogs' pee are acidic....

Hi Jeddie, Is your bedroom tiles; the glossy white tiles anti-stains? cos we used to have similar glossy homo tiles, but my dogs' urine will leave a stain if we did not clean up the urine asap......

cos we sold our place liao mah...moreover, this 336 unit, love at first sight we almost wanted to buy 471 JW but becos of the aftn sun.....so we didn and moreover, i still prefer to stay in JE.... cov $60k...
