    Bought this York System 4 (9k,9k,12k [because they do not have anymore 9k, so free upgrade],18k) from Gain City IMM during CNY period at a promotion price $2899 with all the upgrades included. Really a good bargain, I have been using it for 4 months. The air is really cool and my family really like the sleek design. The only downside is the outside compressor unit is leaking due to the condensation of the unit being too cold. I had to install an additional tray to redirect this condensation so that it will not affect my neighbours below.

    I would like to give a commendation to Randall & Michelle from NID Design & Build for beautifully completing my 4rm resale flat. I had a list of 8 IDs and by weekend I was down to 2. In the end, I choose Randall & Michelle is because my first impression of them was excellent. They used 3D CAD software to articulate their design and also to demonstrate the feasibility of our ideas on the spot. Randall has been professional in his advice especially his inputs when I needed help with a problem with the previous owner. Michelle has also been very prompt in all my queries and managed all the renovation schedule, and rectifications, efficiently Overall, I am very satisfied with the overall quality of work and the dedication of both Randall and Michelle for treating my renovation as if it were their own home. This has been a very comfortable journey with alot of pleasant surprises from them. Keep it up!

    I did not... because I felt locked in, I am renovating my 4rm resale, and the kitchen will be the only part that is going to be a complete overhaul. So I felt I do not really need to spend $1000 on a quotation which I might not be taking up.

    Hi, anyone experienced them asking for $1000 for 3D design fees before quotation? I find it strange that I have to pay $1000 first before they give me a quotation.
