Thank you KFC1189 for your input. No plan for architect as we are sure how we would like our budget home to look like. Unfortunately can't afford a tear down and create new. Any affordable builder to recommend ? ..... You think I would need an ID. Is doing an "ala-carte' route recommended ? Hunt for specialist incarpentery, toilet/bathroom etc to save cost. best regards

Hi, I just bought a 3 storey property that I am thinking of extending the back and changing the roof. I approached 2 IDs and one is working with Eurobuild and the other Rich Element.
