Ha.. Cannt imagine how many times of ur flat will undergo reno everytime u c 3D in RT.. Thx.. No lah, change to white color will need lots of M. Jus a conceptual design only. Tuning in for ur 3D too.. No need regret lah, can show ur renovator the tings u wan & ask him to do loh.. Not joining, can c frm the drawing. I chose the latter.. Ceiling works completed but no pelmet for curtains. K said still can alter, still considering whether to alter or not cos duno the pelmet will b unsightly.. Living Dining

Thx.. no, cos we have a beam above so instead of fabricating cabinets to cover it, we will be having glass and light pelmet to cover it and the original top WHITE cabinets will be removed. ya, sure will. actually we have purchased a bed frame cum matttress and dining table liao but didnt take any pictures. haha... thx strychnine! ya, tt is a full glass backing using black tempered glass. which ID u engaged? curious. u should be in good hands la. Thx! we like ur idea of a platform living room very much too! Anyway, the drawings are still being changed as we speak. For the kitchen, it will look quite different as we'll be taking out the top row of cabinets. haha... duno wat it will look like. also, hope u are recovering well. bcos i dun wan my gal to get hurt like in ur case so i jus sold my bike last mth. we didnt really regret it lor. R u sure u wana move ur furnitures in 1st? Initially, I wana bring in my furnitures too but ID said .Troublesome for me to move them aft reno complete. Hi all, need some help here. In a delimma, duno which tile to choose cos quite difficult to visualise the whole effect, especially for SP6621T. Anybody used SBH tiles 6MF09, or SP6621T. If possible, pls post some pics. 6MF09 SP6621T

Yesterday, K came wif his electricians to do the wiring. Living 1st problem: we dun wan the trunking to be seen where the cove lights will shine onto it. Hence, K removed all the trunking frm the door to the TV feature wall. Can c wat I meant on the 2nd pic. Dining 2nd problem: For the passageway lighting, we wan the switches to b at the door entrance & the passageway so Lin can have lights early in the morning. But the trunking will pass under the beam, exposed out of the false ceiling. So K propose a remote control for it at the entrance. Very impressed. Kitchen

hi, the wardrobe is at the same place as kingkongz but i'm hacking the wall and building a partition behind the wardrobe, a bit different. my ID tink tt's a great idea, hee... as i said b4, the tiles are defective tt's why hdb changed for us. but we top up abit of $ for floor tiles. my lcd price comes together with a 26inch tv. it's about 2.1k. this price is from a promoter who's my colleague's fren. dunno is it a good bargain or not cos tv price dropping everywhere. it was bought 1 day before the IT fair. The floor is still not chemical washed, so the effect is not to my expectation when we chose the tile at Hafary. Kenneth said will wash together when doing his chemical wash, hope it turns out well.. L3x

Felt the toilet doors were stained after HDB rectification, so told my TO. Can change to Aluminium Bi-fold. But haven seen it yet, hope it turns out to b good.. They removed the door frame, hacked some of the tiles, cannot avoid. Is it??? Tats diff to judge in few yrs down the road. Shd b black, something like greyish-black. No pet yet, but might have in time to come. L3x

Went to Royal Franco to buy the WCs & basin for common toilet only cos HDB contractors install for us. Did not buy Master's basin yet cos duno wan wat kind of basin for vanity. Common Toilet Master Toilet

Actually, the tiles in the kitchen & toilets r hacked due to defects & replaced by HDB. We upgrade the floor tiles at our own cost. Kitchen Common Toilet Master Toilet
