  1. Ya.. We tried to make the house as 'child-friendly' as possible. We got the Ariston Aures Smart. How about you?
  2. The yellow kitchen is inspired by our little girl's love for all things yellow.. Duno what to do when she moves on from yellow.. Lol.. Hope the quartz and backsplash will match nicely.. The seller did tell me it will work.. So left to cross fingers and hope for the best! I will post pictures of the 'rain' after plumber installs.
  3. Here is my long overdue post! Sorry got caught up ordering stuff and arranging for deliveries. So far, most stuff coming smooth for us. Hopefully will continue smooth and not turn into smoothie.. Lol.. Here are pictures of the carpentry work. We had carpentry works in the kitchen, master bedroom and 2nd bedroom. Kitchen (View from service yard): Kitchen (View from kitchen entrance): Master bedroom: We only have one storage built in master bedroom. There is a mirror hidden inside as well. View with the door open: 2nd bedroom: View of sliding door wardrobe from mbr: 5 door casement wardrobe: Dressing table hiding inside the casement wardrobe: Bookshelf: View from bedroom 2: A lot of things happening on 10 Mar: - Installation of ceiling fans - Installation of Eubiq - Delivery of toilet fittings and kitchen ceiling fan - Delivery of rainshower mixers (praying it will work with our instant water heaters) - NTUC delivery (ordered a bunch of stuff to prepare for moving in next month)
  4. Thank you! So far, everything going smoothly. Now just waiting 'patiently' for carpentry works to start!
  5. Grilles are up! Living room: Service yard: Master Room + Bedroom 2:
  6. We chose 3 colours from Nippon Medifresh. Barley White for rooms and service yard. The rest of the house is mostly painted Sneaker White with splashes of Clamshell. The ceiling is just white.. I believe its Nippon Maltex?
  7. PM-ed the details. Yeah, looking more spacious now after hacking but I guess I will lose the spacious effect once the windows and grilles are installed at the service yard.
  8. Renovation going full steam! We were at the house for site survey with Eubiq in the morning. And we found that painting was almost done! The electricians arrived shortly after us so we had a few things happening concurrently today! We are happy and relieved the colours that we chose matched nicely. Steadily, the flat is looking more and more us! The ID sent us this picture after the electricians were done installing our lights today. Next step: Aircon.. and then carpentry works!
  9. Hi geneo79, I've PM-ed contact details for my ID. You can read abt her scope for my flat here: Eubiq is a track based power system. You can search on Google or Facebook. We visited their outlet at Nex to see see and ended up buying.
  10. $1599 for 2.4m track and 12 adaptors + site survey and installation + some freebies.
