Hi Dean, How is Jason workmanship and his film quality? The price is reasonable but i afraid it may shrink after awhile? Any comment from the others?

I am so worried now. My base is actually covered with tiles to prevent water leakage from sink to spoilt the base. So there is no way i open up and wonder what will the cemented base become after long period of soaking.

Hi MSBean, May i ask how u actually realised the problem? Now i worried that i am facing the sam problem as my floor tiles near that area tend to be more cold and the silicon at the kitchen cabinet of that L shape is also very yellowish compare to the others. I wonder if there is leakage too?

You can download a form from the HDB website and send in. But make sure u chase them to do it fast as my whole reno was delay by a few weeks becos of the HDB screeding.

Think most probably will use DURO lock. Any difference between DURO Lock and Castle Lock. Juz wanna feel safe as it seems that the security in our area not so gd.

Oh. didn't know that it requried drilling. I thought is only use screwing the lock holder on to the gate. Hmm.. anyone noe where can i get it from outside store?

Halo Neighbours, Wanna check with those who bought the Castle Lock that comes with installation. When they come and installed the Lock, is the Lock still in a pack or already open? I have a concern is that is there any possiblity of them duplicating the keys. Cos if there is then i may buy it from outside store and installed it myself. I remember reading in the forum that the Lock is difficult to install? Advice pls. Thanks.
