was at the event on sunday. But was very tired lah. Straight after the marathon in the morning, went home grab the invitation and went down. saw the lucky draw and had free lunch. Not bad for a neighbourhood gathering. Anyone have luck in the lucky draw?

I will tell you guys the story. On the night i mention in my previous post, there are 4 cars going up the multi storey carpark. due to the fact that there are no more lots down stairs, all 4 car moved up the levels. upon reaching level 6A, the 1st car ( Car A) decided to stop and do reverse parking. 2nd car (car B) stop after the up going slope to wait for car A to park, naturally must wait one right. 3rd car (car C) stop on the slope as there isnt any more space infront. 4th car ( the car driven by the idoitic and a/h driver, Car D) is also on the slope, it sounds like he nv step the brakes, instead he half clutch and step on the gas, and horning all the way. All 3 cars in front blur, wha the **** he horn for! dun know how to step on the brake meh! stupid idiot. Car A gave up, moved 1 side and allow the 3 cars behind him move. then Car B decided to reversed park also. At this moment, Car D had moved beside Car C as he wanna move infront. But Car B is reserve parking, and Car D had driven right up to the driver door and keep blowing his gas. when Car B wanna reverse a bit and park, Car D move a bit forward, Their distance between the 2 car at most is only 10cm apart. Finally, Car B also gave up! move one side and let car D move. After all this, all 4 cars park the car. And Car D driver still got the guts to walk towards car B and wanna confront the driver. Gave him a long stare. Driver of car B being a gentlemen and well mannered. just ignore him. All 4 cars drivers went seprate ways. The worse part is that the a/h driver tot he is driving a WRX or EVO, but instead only a late 80s toyota. I may be very bad in wat i wanna say in the following statement, but i think this is not only for the safety of all JM members but for the safety of all singaporeans. How come got this type of driver!. carzy! I wish the driver of car D ( a/h driver, I have more colourful languange for his, but it is not allowed in this forum) many crashes ( into tress, pillars, gates, walls watever, as long as no one is hurt). Get his license revoked, banned him from driving for life! His car plate number SBT 2746 P

Anyway it's confrimed that the stupid driver is a residence of JM, I saw his car again last night parked at a season lot.

Hello all in the JM forum, I wanna post out a call to the drivers who is involve in the incident at 9pm, 5th floor at our multi-storey car park last night (22/10/08). I dun know if any of the driver involved joined this forum, but if you do see this. Pls PM me. I guess you are very very unhappy about the incident last night, I think we shouldn't let that stupid driver to get away with it. I was so ashamed if that guy is our neighbour, how can someone with that kind of attitude drive?! If you are the driver, you know what I am talking about. Pls PM me. Maybe we can do something about it. I'm sure you got the car plate number. Thank you!

Actually when starhub wanna activate the signals, we can ask them come earlier one. cos the date the give is usually weekdays and no one at home. So can call them and ask for and ealier date where someone is at home to our convience. Dun need to pay! cos in that brochure they state that when we change to a later date, then they charge, nv say change ealier they got charge. I did it this way lah , and argue with them, then they din charge me and come on a weekend to activate the signals. Hopefully you guys can make them change and dun charge you all.

hahaha but sometimes i really irritating, cannot stand them. Anyway, dun think too much liao, change liao also cannot change back, maybe those who have changed can check with your respective agent about the insurance. The one we bought from HDB compulasory one is for fire only so i dun think that will come into the pciture. Hopefully complication will be cut to the minimum (TOUCHWOOD)!

YEAH! That's the attitude, heck him. If anything wrong, suspect the uncle 1st. (hahaha) I also dun wanna change, recently just did a check with my insurance guy, (as i bought additional insurance to cover everything in the flat, on top of the compulsory one from HDB), he say if i change and kena break into, there may be many complications while claiming (TOUCH WOOD!). WELCOME! Actually HDB already help us design where the dining will be liao, Just depend on if you wanna use it. Just to the extreme right of the living room My neighbour actually shifted the dining area to right next to the living room window. I guess these are the 2 areas you can put.

Thanks guys! Cos i was thinking if you lock everything (incl, the wooden door lock, metal grill lock and + a additional pad lock) there, it should be safe. On my floor, only my direct neighbour changed and only change 4 of them. others still remain. How much btw are those interconnecting bolts?

hello all! Anyone encountered some old uncle coming up to your flat to ask you to change the interconnecting bolts of your metal grills? Is there really a need to change? he say the old one very easy to hack open. Anyone got experience to share? Thank yoU!

What you can do is that, find 1 day or 2 when you and your partner is free. Go to the wedding shops that you all short list. Talk to them, see their gown, untill you are statified and see the gown you love, then you decide. If budget is not a issue to you, you can try White Weddings, they have very very nice gown. The owner is a wedding planner herself. She will do everything for you. Even design your gown for you.

Yeah tydy is right, slowly see and choose your wedding package. Sign up during roadshows or wedding shows, better bargain. If your ROM is on a different date as your AD, try to get them to loan you your ROM dresses, suit for your FH, flowers and make up for your ROM. Save you a lot of $ and trouble
