Hi Guys, Captioned title is a question from us starting out this tedious renovation journey. Typically do we need to pay if we reach out to ID/Contractors to get quotes? I know there are web services that offers free quotes, but we are thinking if we independently reach out to say a separate ID/Contractor and ask for quotes, market standard - do we have to pay? Our current understanding is we can get as many quotes from id as time allows, only once u have decided to engage a particular one then you need to start placing deposits. Apologies in advance if this seems too basic a question, Thanks in advance for any advices rendered!
