Hi Happy, I activated the water and electricity last friday too. The SP services guys were very efficient. Our appointment is at 1400 to 1500 but at 1100 they called me up and said everything is activated and I don't need to be around. Went to Soon Bee Huat today and saw the Black Galaxy Granite Tiles. Very Nice... Hope to see your reno soon.

Hi Everybody, Just like to check with you guys/ladies, how do you check the power point and switches? I just collected keys and Electrical Power is not turned on yet. We can only check when we installed our lightings right? But won't it be too late, as we are given only 7 days to report any defects from day of collection of keys? Any advice is appreciated. mirage

Hi Happy, You are welcome. As for the long beam you are referring to, you can refer to photo no.3. of my previous pos. Actually it is just a false beam to cover the pipings of the toilets. And they cover it with the metallic thing. I think the toilet tiles are the same as other blk. Beige for Kitchen toilet and Greyish Blue for MBR toilet. But the MBR toilet have this "Dirty Cement" look as it is very dull. mirage

Hi Happy, I have collected my keys today. The corrridor to my unit is dark. Hope that the corridor lights are switched on everyday. The toilets tiles are of different colours. The toilet tiles at the kitchen is beige in colour while the toilet tiles at the MBR is greyish blue in colour. Should you have any questions about the unit, please feel free to ask. Nice view you have, Happy. So envy you. I can only see trees and bustops from my window. Hi linggie, if you CPF investment account is with DBS, you can go to the ATM to transfer the CPF funds back to CPF. This will save a lot of time. Hope this helps.

Hi Happy, I am also from 25B JM. I received the HDB letter on the 12th, informing me to collect my keys on the 19th. I am sure it will be your turn very soon. Cheers!!

Hi All Neighbours, Just get to know of this informative site. I am a first-timer and I balloted for a unit at Blk 25B, 4-Room. I just received the letter from HDB to collect the keys on 19th Jan, Sat. So hope to meet more neighbours and share more information. I am currently searching for IDs. Real headache as there are too many to choose from. Managed to sneak in last Sunday but the elevator was not working and the stairs were locked. Went to the site today. The walkway to Blk 25B is still fenced up, so unable to have a look at the unit. But realised that the hanging clothes area is covered up and not exposed to sunlight. Must buy washing powder that does not causes smell when it is wind-dried.
