I was quoted ard $1.6K for: -Balcony - Day & Night Blackout -Roller Blinds - Blackout for 4 bedrooms & Dining -Bedroom entrance - String Curtains Reasonable? Also, need some opinions. As I am living on the 4th floor, do you think I will need to do grilles for - Common bathroom :x, Dining, Kitchen & Service Balcony? The common rubbish chute's roof is quite high & given some ppl may be desperate enuff to climb in from there, I dun know if security would be compromised. Coming Saturday... Yes it is all in 1 day: Moving of Items from Tampines to Sembawang Delivery of Electrical - Fridge, TVx2, DVD Player, Oven, Washing Machine & Dryer Delivery of Furniture - Sofa, Coffee Table, Side Table & Dining Table 6nos. chairs, Mattress Delivery & Installation of Ikea Items - Guest bedroom set & Study room Cabinet Expecting - Singtel guy, SCV guy, Curtain & Roller guy Soon be busy with the unpacking & getting home running. So hope to hear more news from everyone once I am back on; which means I would by then been stamped a "Sembawang-er"

Yo Tiff... went to Lifestory today. They didnt exactly have what we wanted. Then went next unit, Molecule, and saw our dream $1.9K carpet again. After much debate, we settled on the 2nd best thg... a cheaper carpet $480 from Lifestory. Not the initial colour we wanted but it will do just as fine. Quality wise, cant be compared. Consolation, it is meant to be stepped on... Now at least we have $1.4K to spend on other furnishings. Thanks Tiff!!

Hi hi Karen I got lobang for my boxes le. Im naturally friendly, even the cleaners know me. As such, I made frens w the Watson staffs & they providing me with limitless supply. Even can buy expensive items @disc LOL According to my reno schedule, I can move in on 26th April Saturday (handover day itself). Trying to get my ID to handover on 25th April Friday, so that I can start cleaning as I have planned to move EVERYTHING on Saturday! (Sofa, dining, tv, fridge, washer & all home items) It just shows how desperate I am! My concern is that, on 25th, ID is supposed to do chemical wash. I have no idea what time they will do this but sure hope I can move in by friday night. My other 2 rooms are gonna be sparsely furnished. 1 with bedroom set & the other with just a day-bed. Karaoke room! What a great idea! My hb loves to sing! Hey Blueturtle Who is the ID handling your home?
