I going to collect my resales flat key, but since the unit still well maintained, i just want to do followings work 1) painting to wall & ceiling 2) Replacement of kitchen cabinet. 3) Replacement of lighting. power switch & socket 4) Install storage water heater and add bidet spray on bathroom. May i know above works require apply permit before start work?
