U can give them a rough ideas wat theme u would like for your hse and both Kelvin and Gabriel are able to advise u further... For us we are happy wif wat Gabriel had proposed and designed. As for pics, u can refer to pg 7 or 8 of this thread or u can also refer to Zc31 blog.

No problem.... We bought ours from CWP too.... I think it is worth the money.. I had got a fren who had been using the heathly mattress since her wedding in Yr 2000 till now and hardness is still there.. Was influence by her that why bought the healthy mattress and now upgrade to diamond mattress ...

We are using Llumar from Window Cool too... Had chosen the privacy file which the highest heat reduction (colour is greyish inside and from outside is reflective), that cant really see thru from outside unless u are standing near to the window wif the light on... Didnt have any curtains or blinds installed at all. So far is good, the heat reduction in the room was cool... Cant really feel the heat even it is a sunny day.. Bad - cos of the privacy film, ur room look dimmer in day light and might need to switch on light if u are not used to it...

So far so good.... if i dun remember wrongly is hard on 1 side and the other is slightly softer.. we are sleeping on the hard side... i would say it is jus nice. good for those wif back problem.. last time was using their healthy mattress, the hardness is comparable to diamond mattress. find it good that why this time round switch to the diamond mattress

We bought their storage bed frame, diamond queen size mattress and the sofa ard 1.9k... Think the king size mattress chld be ard 600 plus. From our delivery no problem, they called before they delivered over. ... If they got stock they will deliver to u quite fast... Cos the sales told us at most they gonna store the items for us is 2mths max...

一分钱一分货... It all depend on how you look at it. Our hse was design by Gabriel too. Do work closely wif him and let him know your ideas and theme of your dream hse so that he can design it accordingly. Have you guys sourcing ard for more quotes and compare or you have decide to sign wif Tau? Guess prices can still be neg wan if you are serious abt engaging Tau. Ask Uncle Winson to give discount lo... dun said we tell u hor...... So far Tau's customers, we didnt really see them post image of their hse except for Zc31 , he really start a t-blog to show us the work of Tau.. For us, we also only read the thread here and approached them and finally engaged them. That was why some forumers here might not be really comfortable abt it.. Only hear no see.. haha.

Quotation wise , it really depend on how u look at it.. To us we see it as reasonable but maybe to other , it could be high??? We got a few quotes and after comparing, some items might be slightly higher but the overall package is still reasonable than the rest of the IDs company. At least we seem had the workmanship of Tau thus in the end we shortlisted them... and we never regret.. so far even after our completeion when we have any queries, we still call them and they are always available to answer... So their services is really If u wan can get kelvin to bring u to their oncoming project to take a look or u might ask him to bring u over to our hse or even Zc31's hse.. Well, as mentioned before, the choice is still ur to decide. Wat we can do here is only to give opinions... Most impt is u are comfortable wif the contractor as u will be liaising wif them thru out the reno process....

No la.. ... I jus happen to be online thus giving them Tau contact no that all..... For us, we also chance upon this thread created by suagrmeg and saw the good feedbacks that why we decide to give it a try and visit their showroom..... We also went to a few ID company for quotation too.. But shortlisted Tau becos of the good customer service and reasonable quotes. Credits shld go to those who had are also Tau supporters. You had also started the Reno - t blog to let us see the work done by them too... Without pics, the ppl reading this thread will also have doubts on Tau also ma.... Thus .... to all Tau supporters

Cos after the 7th mth more hse owners wanted to reno the flat for CNY ma.. Plus Uncle Winson is injured and Gabriel reservist till this weekend so Kelvin running a one man show. Tml he is bringing one of his customer to our hse .. Not to worry, your hse reno will be in good hand if you engaged Tau... We got no regrets engaging Tau as they really provide good attitude. Well at the end of day, it is still decision who you wan to engage.
