No.. no hidden cost at all.. all items are stated clearly in the quotation... item by item all listed properly. any additional that u add on even if the reno had started, they will provide u wif the revised quote. Finally today our hse reno are fully done and complete... handover today finally after 2 mths of reno works.. Gonna start cleaning up over the weekend before shifting in .......... Didnt know Uncle Winson is injured.. no wonder only see kelvin running ard cos Gabriel is on reservist... They are all very responsible.. So no worry, ur hse reno will is in good hand..

Thanks... Overall very happy wif the work done. Wifey found some defects yesterday when it is supposed to handover , thus Tau arranging the ppl to come dwn and resolve it..

Plus minus ard 50k for the whole hse reno.. hacking, mansory work , carpentary work, rewiring, windows, doors and gate.. basically all that is suppose to be done, we did it all... We compare wif a few IDs and Tau give us a reasonable price. In terms of discount, u can speak to the boss, if u are really sincere in engaging them to do it, they will give discounts. So far we dun have any complaints on the workmanship. If you are interested, you can get them to bring u to their ongoing project to see the works done... Can even requet them to you u both to our hse....

We gonna go thru the cleaning process too..... , Gonna chose a auspicious date to shift in with the watever auspicious stuffs (pineapple, banana etc)...... keke Well it worth the long night as Tau can be trusted ..... Thanks.... We spend ard 50k plus excluding the accessories for the whole reno. major overhaul of the old dirty hse... nothing of the old stuffs was retain as it was in a bad condition after the owner rent it to foreign workers. We ask Tau to do all the carpentary works including the Mbr and bedroom 2, jus that we didnt post the pics up as it was still in war zone.....

Totally agreed, they are good and responsible. Jus give them a call and they are ready to answer ur queries and advise accordingly. Went up this evening ard 7++ and the painters are still painting the hse... Last stage of defects work liao.. Handover on Thur ...

the owner wanted to chose a date that is to their convenient... so bo pian lo.. 2 toilets take 6 days to complete. The hdb will appointed their contractor to do the flooring ba. Estimate abt $600 for 2 toilets

Hi Care, The TV console, we used metallic silver for the break. The designs and colour of all the cabinets were discussed together wif Gabriel and Kelvin. They are of great help, giving us advised on the colour matching for all our black black cabinets except for the red kitchen . .. wifey think hard to maintain for light colours thus we had it all done in black...

We are the third owner of the hse ... think at least got 10 yrs ba.... Now still got to wait for the upstairs ppl to pick an "Auspicious" day to their convenient then they do the flooring so meaning my leaking will continue till they finish the repair works

No problem when the hse is complete. Not reno issue. HDB had came and confirmed is wear and tear issue in both the toilets. Will have to get the upstairs unit to redo the flooring for both the toilets and we had to bear half of the reno cost.... Kelvin will replace my toilet window frame once the upstairs repaired their toilets flooring ....

Ask Kelvin to bring u up to CCK lo... Now we lo... mbr toilet ceiling water seeping...

Hi, having problem now when my reno is almost to completion. Jus realise recently that the toilets ceiling got brown stains and water leaking at the mbr window area Advise needed ..... TIA

Hihi, Agreed, the carpentary workmanship is , neat and tidy and the finishing products eg.. the edging are not rough. We are in the mist of doing the carpenary works, left the study area side and shoe cabinet that is not completed.. the rest are done .. Kelvin also suggested us to use arcylic material for our unit no instead of those normal numbering that can be bought over the hardware shop.

Try giving them a call, they are quite busy at time....
