any idea what washing machine is good? i dun intend to spend alot,.....actually, saw a LG washing machine at ard $300....think this is good enuff for my family. anyone has any suggestions on washing machine?

hey chrono, i will be meeting johnson on this sunday....to finalise and discuss all details. now i am waiting to talk to FSM on the auspicious date to move-in so that I can know how to plan my time and schedule with johnson.

no lah,.....all these while i no rush lah. i was planning to only start reno either b4 or after 7th mth......and now seems like i hv to start the dong-tu on this Friday.......and now waiting for my FSM to give me the auspicious date to *move-in*....so that I can let my contractor knows when to complete and hand-over to me.

i will only dong-tu now,.....and let the contractor slowly do lor. we also not in hurry to move in.....so, he will hv time to slowly do nice nice for me. i will tell him that he has to complete by mid or end Sep lor. hahahhahaa :D guess i m the only owner whom are not kan-jiong or hurry to complete the reno and leave it to contractor to handle.

hi hi hello ya, the common toilet on 2nd floor....the previous owner got do shower screen. hmm, i try take some pix and show here,..... honestly speaking, i also dun like that toilet layout......**** silly and stupid design. hahahhaha yeap, virgo still not yet post her pix leh. think must PUSH her liao....or we go to her T-Blog to camp there lor.

hi hi Angel, yes yes, Chrono & myself using the same contractor. my reno is very cheap,...only at ard 15k,.....cos i am not doing the toilets. do let us know if you wan the contact of our contractor,....or maybe you can get my contractor bring you to my unit to see (provided i oledi started or complete my reno when you gets your keys).

can anyone there help? advise? i was thinking of getting system 4 for my hse.....will only a/c 2 bedrooms (MBR & my kids room)....will not a/c PIL room cos they also dun ON the a/c. then will put 1 unit **** & 1 unit at Dining. and as we foresee that my kids room also will not ON the a/c, so the 2 units downstairs shld hv power, right?

hi shark, i hv 2 boys (3yrs old & 1yr old). my previous hse is also open concept kitchen, and my elder son is perfectly behaving with it. but, my younger son,...now by looking at his character,...i think he will be more difficult to handle,....he will sure walk in and out of the kitchen and pull things. so, each individual kids are different and it's very difficult to advise whether it's ok or not. i m also looking at open concept kitchen for my new hse,......and just have to make it a child-safe environment for the kids,
