hi Yuntlh, my fengshui also want my 1st floor to be bright and recommended colour is white. but my floorings are not white colour,......and i dun wish to hack the flooring cos it's still really good conditions, somemore are granites leh. so, i will paint in whites or off-whites.....and also will put white curtains, etc etc. will work hard on the furnishing portion to give the hse a white white look lor. my FSM also told me no need to hack the floorings.....

nope, the previous owners still stayed there when we viewed that unit....and we only completed transactions on 14th May. so, since we took over, this hse has been vacant till now lor....and we hv not even start reno the hse....hahaha i sold my SK flat on Nov07, and handed over on Feb08,....and have infact moved in to stay with my in-laws since Dec07 till now........and since we still hv a place to stay,....thus, we are just taking our own sweet time and not rush into reno the hse lor.

nice house! my fav area in your whole hse is your MBR.....really cosy!!!!

hi frosty wow,..you still rem that wooden panels...keke i will remove all those (abit wasted cos it's all really in good conditions.....but no choice lor) nope, i dun go there to do cleaning every week,.....just leave the hse empty lor. so far, from the date we took over the hse till now.....3mths liao,....think i only been up there 3-4times nia,....and each time is not cleaning,.....i go over is to open letter box, etc etc.....hahahaha

this is real bad! i will never ever tolerate that!

virgo,.....you can take pix for your 2nd floor and show us 1st.... then when your furnitures are back, you show us your 1st floor pix lah....keke

yes, i m having a hard time to think and try to cover up the flaws by not spending too much...keke i also love WHITES! my previous 5room flat,....whole hse white.....nice! it gives teh hse a very bright and airy feel.

ya, i used to have a p/time helper in my previous house (b4 i preg with my 1st boy). it's indeed a much better choice,....but, also not cheap lor. and we managed to convince ourselves to get a f/time maid,......especially i hv kids,......cos otherwise, really very very tiring to do housework after a hectic day!
