  1. It is more and more difficult to grow on this platform because there are many competitors. But if you want to start with Instagram, you need to analyze your audience and your competitors to know what kind of content your customer would like to see. If you think that you will not cope as an entrepreneur, hire a specialist SMM who will do it for you. Now it is not enough to just know how to post on instagram - 1394ta; you need to know how to create and implement a marketing strategy. There are many specialists see on freelancing platforms.
  2. All people are individuals, so the equipment depends on your physical abilities. For example, after lockdown, I gained a lot of extra weight. I decided to fix it and joined a gym. The first few days I went to the gym, I got tired very quickly even though I worked out for about 20 minutes. My trainer advised me to do exercises more often but with less weight. This advice helped me. But I lacked the motivation to work out, so I bought vont.com, and for a good reason. Every time I weighed myself, I got a huge motivation not to stop.
  3. Man, how the **** could they actually ban 75.000 users at once! They are even worse than steam! Gabe just doesn't give a **** about anti-cheat systems, especially for a counterstrike. And once a year, more than 10.000 gamers receive a vac ban! And the worst part is that half of them are crystal clean! Why the **** do they keep doing it like that! If you want to see how cheats really work, check it out. I also received a couple of bans from both steam and blizzard. Though, I never cheated on any of their games.
  4. That's true! The amount of platforms where you can trade skins for counter-strike global offensive is out of this world! However, you have to be aware of scammers out there! I mean, there are a lot of websites that aren't precisely legit. You should try and use only the verified platforms, the ones that give you warranties. So, if you want to sell CS:GO skins or buy them, it's not a problem. You can choose out of an insane quantity of websites! Moreover, some platforms don't even have any commission for your deals.

  6. Your question is a little unclear, you probably came to the subject of hair that long ago, so you didn't quite get the proper name of the hairstyles. I think I guessed what you're talking about. Probably we are referring to the so-called french and dutch braids, which are braided in such a way that the braid looks like inside out. I love wearing those myself, when I first started learning how to do those hairstyles I used norwegian braids, very useful info about braiding techniques and all sorts of hairstyle ideas. You may not be able to do it right the first time, but don't stop practicing.
  7. man, I am so afraid of dentists
  8. We have a good list of wine stores in the thread Wine Shop Recommendations - Local but the limitation of that thread is all the stores recommended are in the US. Sometimes, many of us visit larger cities (as opposed to wine regions) in Europe or elsewhere in the world and would like to pick up some bottles either for drinking there or bringing home. I know that when I have randomly walked into a wine store in some cities and have gotten what I would get is I randomly walked into a wine store in the US - not much. I think it would be helpful to have a similar thread for wine stores in cities outside the US. Please note (1) whether the store you recommend is in the center city or way out (unlikely I am going to suburbs in Rome, London or Paris, etc., to find a wine store), and (2) are you recommending this for trophy wines at trophy prices or is the store you are recommending a good place or value or at least small production wines at a reasonable price. Obviously, we all want to find the one place in the world to buy Haut Brion or DRC at fabulous prices, but I doubt that exists. Thanks for any help. I don't know much about such stores, but the best I have found are Vila Viniteca in Barcelona. Seemed to be a solid store although not a great one. Caveau de Chassagne Montrachet in Chassagne Montrachet. Good selection of wines from CM and other parts of the Cotes du Beaune. You can get them to ship wines back to the US for you.
  9. Greetings. I have been diagnosed with Bipolar one and PTSD. So far I have had the total support of my Doctors and therapists for following a Holistic course of treatment. I am past my 2yr mark with my insurance company, but suddenly they are pushing me to take Pharmaceuticals, which none of my care providers currently recommend (I have tried in the past and had some traumatizing reactions which have left me with a phobia of Pharma)…I admit I have been told I am exceptional in this course of treatment, a Psychiatrist once told me I was a bit of a miracle and insisted I stay on the Holistic treatment path rather than take meds, as she felt taking meds would only make my condition worse. At this stage, I am not well enough to return to work, and am receiving regular therapy on a month to month basis along with a rigorous health regime of herbal supplements and relaxation techniques such as Yoga and Sound therapy. I have been told by a lawyer that so long as my Doctors and therapist support my treatment path, I shouldn’t have any troubles long term…as I am pursuing treatment in a reasonable way that is supported, I am a bit worried however, and wonder if anyone else here follows a similar path that I do, and if so, how have things worked out with the insurer. Any insights would be greatly appreciated. Much Peace.
  10. Hm, to be honest, I do not see anything wrong in here. Did you find out what was wrong with the wiring? I do not really understand what could be incorrect here, but if the lamp is flickering, you have to fix it. You might actually have an issue with the voltage, and it has got nothing to do with your wiring. There might be something wrong with the electricity delivery to the entire building. Thankfully, I live in a house, and I do not have these kinds of issues. Moreover, even if I won't have electricity, I still have the best flag pole light. It will illuminate the entire area around the house.
  11. Why don't you try to call an expert? For me, the subject with the locksmiths is pretty sensible, and I would ask for expert help instead of dealing by myself. Maybe because the number of robberies is high, that is why I decided to change my locks with some more durable ones. For this, I chose https://swiftlocksmithinc.com/locksmith-raleigh-nc/ because I have heard only good reviews, and people have confidence in them. I saw that their locks are made of brass and zinc, and the cam from steel allows them to be very strong. I don't regret choosing them!
  12. Looking at this forum, I discovered your post, which helps many people. It seems like you are a company which can propose some exciting options. I saw the photos you left. The rooms and interiors look awesome! I was interested in living room repair, so I searched for a time for a site like The Home Revamp. I'm glad that I found it! It saved me so much time and money because I had to leave the country the following week. Anyway, after one month I returned, but I repaired it before I left. So I feel happy because it could destroy my work trip.
