Plumber just fixed the PVC pipe to join chrome bottle-trap to concealed wall drainage pipe under my two wash basins. Don't have a vanity top/cabinet, so these pipes below can be seen clearly. Yellow marks are so obvious between PVC and drainage pipe too. I've asked him a few times already if there's another way to improve on this connection and was told this is the best and only way.
