  4. Hi forumers, i'm a newbie here and just got a resale flat to renovate. I heard that 2-time installation for aircon is better (piping at 1st round; installing fancoil at 2nd round). why is better? is it afraid there is not enough time to complete in 1 day or any other reason? I visited gaincity yesterday, but they give 1-time installation only. is that ok? btw, any forumers get contacts for good reputable contracters? please kindly PM me email me or email me at ztycxy@gmail.com. I need pre-moving clean (degreasing, srubing kitchen...), painting and etc many thanks!!!
  5. plez share with us if you got any better solutions. thx a lot!
  6. anyone knows the formula to calculate aircon size locally? i found several formula online, but the results are deviated with each other. the one from coolserve: area (square feet) * 65 BTU the one from renotalk site: area (square meter) * 337 BTU which one is more applicable in singapore?
  7. just bought a resale flat and last owner left the aircon (working but ran out of refrigerant) and water heater (tank heater). i does not intend to use them anymore and plan to buy the new model for replacement. however, how should i deal with the old aircon and water heater? throwing away seems quite wasteful and at least they both in working condition. is there any place that i can sell to? many thanks
