Hi All, We had moved to a newly TOP Project for about 1 year, we have been experiencing multiple leaking issue and it hasn't ended yet. Each time there's a leaking they jab sealant in the wall, hack flooring and redo the waterproofing but they still can't solve the problem. It happens once every 3 months. Everytime it happen we had to be home for about a week to let their contractor come up to our place to hack the flooring and redo the waterproofing, or if not they will have to jab sealant into the wall to fill up the gab. It's was a nightmare for us because each time they come up we had to clean the house all over again for the dust and mess. It has been more than 10 times they come up for such issue, and still yet to find the root of the leak. We had tried to send email to BCA for help. However what BCA reply was disappointing. They do not handle leaking issue and we will have to contact the management or the developer for quality issue. Despite multiple Emails to Qingjian, nobody from Qingjian actually contacted me except the same MA guys who's gg to do the same thing over and over again. Anybody here can advise us what we can do and what's our rights as a owner? HELP !

Hello everyone really need your advice on our situation. We are doing some major Reno work for our new place. We are living somewhere else at the moment and will only move in August. Our Neighbour who is staying right in front of us happen to be part of the condo's committee. He has been making a lot of noise and came and spoke very rudely to the ID and contractor. Saying that he is going to have a meeting with the committee to put a stop to our Reno. We have never soon him before cos we haven't moved in yet. Then he do things like park at the lot designated for contractors to collect the rubble just to piss them off. Then he talk to security Guards and told them not to let them in until 11am! So our ID told Contractors to make less noise and the neighbour was ok. Only for a while. Now is the phase where air con get installed, plumping works, electricity point so again noisy and he has threatened again to stop our Reno. my question is: -can he do that? -what are our rights? im very stresss with work and now with the possibility that our Reno will be halted means that we must extend our rent at current place or find service apartment if our landlord don't want to extend. Only means more $$$$. please can someone help with the legal issues of our situation.

Hi all, Our reno was supposed to finish by end June. Up to date contractor have only done minimal partial works, which he keep repeating are very fast to finish. Main issue is carpentry which takes few weeks yet till now we see no progress and proof of fabrication as promised. He had repeatedly cancelled meetings and MIA, not answerin calls/messages. Last straw was today when he finally agreed to meetup then MIA again. Our whole family of 6 been experiencing great stress to our daily lives and finances. We really at our wits end on how to tackle this situation. From what I've read online, SCT handles up to max 20K claims and our contract value is above Pls share if any have successfully sue their reno firm to complete the works/ received compensation? We are wondering if there are more victims, it seems like we aren't the first to go knocking on his doors (according to neighbour).
