How to replace TradersCasa

Has anyone here used TradersCasa before? I used it for a while to test out some basic strategies and kind of got used to the interface, but recently I noticed it’s been pretty limited and not really keeping up with what I need anymore. I’m looking for something a bit more flexible — maybe with better data access or more realistic simulations. I don’t mind learning a new platform if it’s actually worth the switch. Just curious what others are using these days for both learning and strategy testing.

Yeah, I’ve used TradersCasa in the past too. It’s alright when you’re starting out, but I ran into the same problem — eventually it just didn’t offer enough. It compares a bunch of tools depending on what you're looking for — like education, backtesting features, or strategy development. I tried one of the platforms mentioned there, and it’s been way smoother for running simulations and tweaking setups. Definitely helped take things a step further.

I haven’t used any of these tools myself but it’s interesting to see how many platforms are out there just for testing strategies. Back when I first learned about trading, it was mostly spreadsheets and guesswork. Cool to see how far things have come.
