Chubakazubaka 0 Report post Posted August 24 Lately I’ve been searching for something short and simple to help me learn and grow without feeling overwhelmed. I don’t always have an hour to sit down with a full course, but I’d love to have access to small lessons that I can squeeze in during a coffee break or before bed. Once I tried watching random videos online, but they felt too scattered. Does anyone know if there are actual platforms that give structured short lessons for self-development? alikprohor 0 Report post Posted August 25 I had the same struggle a while back, and what helped me was finding tools that break things down into small, manageable steps. I came across this liven app review that explained how the app offers exercises between therapy or coaching sessions. I tried it for a bit, and it was useful because it focused on daily practices instead of long lectures. For me, doing a quick reflection activity or a short journaling prompt was easier to stick with, and over time it started feeling like a natural part of my day. markbula24 0 Report post Posted August 25 Some like apps, some prefer reading, and others just enjoy group discussions. Personally, I sometimes learn more from community conversations like this than from structured lessons. Even when I’m not looking for a specific answer, reading different perspectives often sparks new ideas and keeps me motivated.
