I am not sure abt the skirting, but its the 1st time i see this:

Laying floor tiles - 1742.50 (S5.0 psf)

Laying Skirting - 280

I thought skirting are usually included in laying of floor tiles? Maybe you might wanna check around?

And the false ceiling seems a little expensive. >> U might wanna bargain $2k seems very expensive as my false ceiling quote only abt 1.6k for an EA. But mine only cover balcony, living, dining, MBR.

For ur door, you might wanna get them urself.. At expo, promotional price, you can get it for less than 300bucks with door frame.

noticed that your quotes states "Rewiring and plumbing works not included". if you need to do this, make sure you get it stated with the costs inside the quote.
