Due to the weather / seasons locally the lack of space for the tiles to contract & expand therefore the tiles cracked during the contracting period.2. The cement or chemical adhesive being used are not being done thoroughly or properly therefore the tiles crack or popped. To put it in a not very nice way, shabby workmanship done.Yes, since you're still under the warranty valid date, then you've to contact your contractor or ID to rectify the faults for you.
