I changed them as well.... coz some of them fell off after the Gain City ppl used them to do drill for my air con pipings. But not the shop pple..its the brand pple that install for you. Eg. if u buy from Toshiba, Toshiba pple will come separately to install for you. The shop will deliver at say 12pm.
