Solid Top ; Which Contractors To Use ? Help Please

Hi,

Am trying to decide which contractor to use : Ko Hong (ID Yan ) and Sense Ideas Design ( Cassandra )...heard about them ?

Solid top for bay window : Imperial and Besttop or Klassicut would be good ?

Feng Shui Master ? Jon Sim

Balcony Deck : Merbau Wood or Chengnai wood ?
