Things should be done:-

A) Common Items

1 Re-wiring for whole house c/w new switches , socket outlets , SCV points and Tel points

2 Replace copper piping for whole house (Cold)

3 Re-painting of whole house using ICI paint

4 Chemical Wash of whole house

5 Supply labour for installation of lighting, WC, wash basin, ceiling fans and misc

6 Supply & installation of window & grill for whole house

7 To provide haulage and clear debris from site

8 To plaster the wall if necessary

B) Recess Area

1 Hacking off the existing floor tiles

2 Remove existing main gate

3 Supply & lay heavy duty gross homogeneous/ marble floor tile

4 Design & construct hanging shoe cabinet

5 Supply & installation of Main gate

Currently, i'm doing up my EM too...

I dun mind sharing with you my quotes, just to let you have a rough feel of the mkt price for comparison.

But i've gotto make it clear that due to budget constrains, my renovation ain't as extensive / comprehensive as yours,

and i've to forgo some of the items that were originally quoted.

I'm using these prices with the assumption that your floor area is the same as mine... (anyway, floor area for EMs are abt the same)

From those items you indicated, my sheer gut feel is, at least $60000 for your renovation, excluding the purchase of accessories and lightings (which is possibly at least another $10000)

Those price indicated in red were those quoted to me. :paint:
