Wireless Sound System

Recommended Posts

hi, new to the forum.

just move into my new house a few months ago, so starting to look out information in making it more "livable":P

currently looking for information on wireless speakers. i hang out in my study room quite a bit and there's a glass wall on the side which i can see the tv. however when the door is close, all audio is cut off:s. so looking for solution on getting the audio in without too much cabling.

only information i found was this http://www.soliddrive.com/solid-drive.html which I only knew about because they came to my company before to demo. quite cool (turns any surface into a speaker) but a bit ex so looking for other solutions.

any help is appreciated.

the price he quoted to me that time was $600+ for one solid drive, although it's already super powerful. 10% power can turn a dining table into a speaker. but its a bit ex.

you have information one existing wireless speakers? currently all then information i found states that the quality will drop because of the connection:(

Hi

I believe you still need to use cables to connect the sub amplifier to the subwoofer.

It didnt made any mention on what drives the speakers. I also tend to assume that it needs another receiver/amplifier to run the speakers. This system is good for music listening esp for elevator music, highly doubt if its any good for movie watching.

For more versatility, i would still recommend a comprehensive 5.1 or 6.1 HTS system. As for image, there's plenty of satellite speakers to choose from.

Cheers
