Inventory List Not Received Yet

Hi I bought a condo in May09 and completion date is mid-Sep, till now the agent has not been able to give me the inventory list after I chased him twice.

(He said he contacted the seller, but seller no reply...not really sure if this is true story)

The seller is suppose to leave behind their dining table and fridge while taking away their ceiling lights, but nothing have been written black n white.

Is there anything I can do to get the list officially? If no inventory list is available on completion date, is there any standard practice that we can impose?

If this is resale, you ought to have your own lawyer to help you with conveyancing. Ask your lawyer to request for the inventory list from the seller's lawyer.
