Hi,

i just got my flat at fernvale court blk 439C

i have seem all those picture that you have posted and i have to say a very well done job..

if you dont mind can i check with you on how much you spend on your reno cos i have a tight pocket for my reno...and now looking aorund for I.D to do up my place...

have been to 2 but both cost me around 25K to 26K ...hai..

Hi NITE 123

Congrats on getting your flat!

For us, we spent about 16k for our renovation which includes the electrician and plumber.

We did not use an ID as we had in mind a simple design for our house so we engaged a contractor instead. That helped to bring down our cost by at least 1/3. Also, because of our small budget, we had to do what we needed instead of what was nice to have. SO maybe you have to keep that in mind since you have a tight pocket.

Besides reno, all the furnishing will also add up to quite an amount. So make sure you budget for that... unless of cos you have some existing furniture or appliances you can use.

BTW, do you have to do flooring?

Hi Nite123, thanks and congrats on getting your keys! Fernvale Court is getting 热闹! :D

We spent about $16K on renovations alone, not including furnitures and furnishings.

If you are on a budget, perhaps a contractor would be more cost-friendly and as long as you have ideas on how to design your place, you can do it up very nicely too. If you need, I can give you my contractor's contact and also some others I know of. :)
