We should open to everyone, not all residents know about this.

Is there ways to get more residents to aware of what happening and this Petition.

MP visit is so fake.

Copy and paste what we are requesting:

1) so that only residents can access to the garden;

2) so as to minimise non residents 'loitering' around;

3) so as to have a safer environment for fellow 79 residents and their children;

4) so as to enjoy the garden in peace;

5) so as to help to keep our garden clean and nice;

6) so as to minimize unwanted activities at the garden:-

i) playing catching and screaming on top of their voice at 3am;

ii) couples showing public display of affection;

iii) group of teenagers showing their 'musical talent' in the middle of the night;

iv) teenagers sniffing glue;

v) and many many more ..........

I stay in a new estate with a sky garden too, and even before most of the residents move in, the sky garden is already vandalised beyond recognition; eg plants uprooted, fire hose reel broken, all the spray paint "I love you, you love me, who love who" all over the place. I am also a volunteer and doing community work in my area.

Sorry if I am seen bursting ur bubble, but is still feasible?

HDB flats, other than your flats itself, has always been public areas, eg the lift lobbies, corridors, sky gardens, carparks, etc. This is because unlike condos, you do not have strata title of the amenities; you only own your own flat. Thus, legally everything else don't belong to the residents and its a weak case to argue why the amenities should only be for residents.

But if you guys have other justifications, I would like to hear about it too, so maybe can help my estate as well...

Will be a tought appeal and of low success outcome. But if the reasons are strongly rationale, supported by concrete data and evident, probably still worth a try. Maybe should focus on possible danger, harm or increasing crimes, if there are any, to residents at the area. Emphasis should target the serious matter instead of the trivials.

Anyway, im another from sakae and zirhk estate :-) .
