Need A Main Contractor Without The Extra Cost Of A Interior Designer

Recommended Posts

Hi guys,

I visited this forum a couple of years back and am glad its still around cos i am moving yet again.

This time i am moving to a 2 storey resale apartment.

Initially when i bought the place i felt was quite move in, but my mum wants this change and that changed so in the end.....i ended up looking for some idea of prices at the current home reno EXPO.

So i was wondering are there main contractors who are dependable and i dont have to pay for "designs" Cos honestly what we like are just simple stuff.....laminates and patterns everywhere turns me off, even false ceilings and downlights etc arent my thing....

Or is it possible to supervise my own sub-contractors? The main concern for me is the electrical work and plumbing work.....cos i may need to do rewiring etc

Just be wise into looking for a contractor. Make sure they had HDB license. Well, contractor does have HDB license and for some reason they say dun know, dun trust them.
