dorisloh 0 Report post Posted December 2, 2009 I'm staying in a EM. My kitchen ceiling started to leak and I understood it to be from the toilets. I was informed that there are two ways of doing it. One is by hacking and redoing the flooring, and the second way is to pond my toilets with chemical and let it sips through the gaps and seal up the holes. Any advise on the pros and cons of ponding?
