Parquet Varnishing Quoted By Id/contractor Companies

Hi,

I would to ask for those who have houses with Parquet flooring and after being varnished by ID/Contractor Companies, how are their workmanship in general? My 3 bedrooms are with Parquet flooring and i'm thinking whether to let the ID/contractor handle the sanding varnishing or get a seperate more Professional Parquet Company to do it instead. Does the ID/Contractor really know how to do Parquet Varnishing since they are not the experts in this area.
