Typical Complete Renovation Cost For 2 Toilets Exclude Acessories

Can anyone here advise what is the typical costing without any hidden cost.

Below is the quotation i got. reasonable?

hacking of wall n floor tiles inclusive dismantle all fixtures in 2 toilet - $2000

water proofing to wall n floors - 400

lay homo tiles incl. shower kerb incl all piping installation- 2800

purchase of homo tiles - 1900

Total cost - $7100 incl GST.

Total cost - $7100 incl GST.

Rem I spend around 5K for each toliet including tiles.

The most exp part is the wall tile and water proofing stuff...

No sure what tiles you choose , but should be negilable as the tiles use is uaually

not many ....

seems like my quotation is reasonable as the contractor say there are no hidden cost price will be fixed as per wat he quote..so wat we saw those showroom promotion is all gimmicks.....

Does ur quote included toilet bowl n basin??

no leh...does not include in my case.

if that doesn't included then it will be at the high side for the price u paying.
