Please Help!

tried posting this earlier.. but it seems like its not appearing in this forum.. so i'm re-posting this... not sure if i'm doing something wrong.. newbie here lah... hope this works

hi people!

i've been visiting this forum for quite a while now... but never posted anything... i actually registered like 4-5 months back but had some trouble logging in (maybe it was a problem with my computer.... idk) anyways that was when i thought i was getting a resale 3 rm flat that was in shambles and was looking for an id company... but to cut the long story short, i got a 3rm resale that's pretty fully renovated... and i'm getting the keys next week (seller unexpectedly said can give me keys way way early)

all i need to do is find a contractor to do some electrical works, change lightings, cleaning/polishing of marble floor and painting of rooms and living room...

should i bother looking at id companies for quotes? would they turn my business down and laugh at me straight in the face as i am only getting so little work done? haha

so what's the reasonable estimate i should be looking for in my case?... my budget is cheap cheap cheapest i can find bcos i blew it all on a renovated house...

opinions and recommendations guys?
