Check List For House After Renovation

As per title, what do you guys check or have miss out during your renovation when it's been handed over to you ?

Do you ask them to redo or ask them to deduct from your final payment ?

im in the midst of reno too. completing soon

the things we checked

1. crack tiles (esp where they drill holes for piping)

2. the gap b/w the tiles. tilers are suposed to go over the gap with some kind of filler after they cement i think.. i spotted areas not done. esp corner or if there's a step, the step there sometimes tilers will miss out

3. painting.. edges, the top part of the door, area above the aircon unit

erm... any more contributors??
