Mortise And Tenon Joint Cut

anyone knows any company that do the cut for me if I provide the wood?

I am using 3" x 3" wood as mortis (female) and 2" x 3" tenon (Male)

You using that for your bed frame izzit?

Furniture makers can, u making the male female joint right. But will be expensive. You can try finding furniture makers.

I am using it to built a 4-tier fish tank wooden stand

Most small scale furniture factory only have the table saw to cut plywood.

Look for carpentry joinery works, they will have the mortise machine, radial saw and planner etc.

You can do it yourself manually using the tenon saw and chisel, its only a matter of time.

Best if you have hole saw and jig saw.

Check the power before you buy.

May need to use isolator - 400v as it is 3 horsepower.

I bought a trimmer last weekend... it is not easy to use for novice and is quite a dangerous power tool ...

Regret to buy it..

Most power tool like grinder, drill etc run at very high speed.

It is not easy to handle when in use on the object, hold tight, keep the power cable away to prevent accidentally cut on it

Keep close to the on/off button to cut off power supply incase of emergency.

You can mount the trimmer onto the underside of the worktop so that you have both hand to hold the work piece.

Secure a straight plank in line and above the trimmer bit to guide you for a good job.
