Hi, I would like to check whether anyone level up their kitchen and living hall flooring after hacking away the center wall for those old 3rm flat? Or just leave it as normal after hacking away the wall? Please share with me.

was quoted $300 for cement finish.

HDB will reject yr as mine got rejected to extend living hall.

Soon Timber Flooring Specialist 9019 6827 they specialise in doing parquet flooring so can get the direct price from them. Their services quite good and reasonable price too.

nope, mine was approved. your extension is for to level up the whole kitchen? mine is just to extend 1m into the kitchen.

You should get your contractor to find out why it was rejected.
