Changing The Windows Hinges/mechanism

Would windows contractor (or should i get windows grill contractor) entertain my request?

I want them to just do the followings:

- change the windows mechanism/hinges. Currently, it can not close fully

- change the powder coating of the windows.

- remove the grill (which is easy)

Anyone has contact for ppl doing this? Thanks

HDB have their list of contractors doing this leh, you might wish to call your town council or HDB office to request for the contacts. But really don't know if it will cost more la.

I managed to get some contractor to come over this weekend. Hopefully can settle it soon bah ...
