Need some help here from the experience forumers here. - In general for 4RM BTO flat, how much is the reno cost on average? $20-$30k? - For my case, there is no flooring and bedroom doors for my new flat - Intend to do false ceilings with lights in the living room and MBR. - Renovate 2 x bathrooms with adding of new tiles and glass door.
