Bad Experience With Stateart Interior Design

I appointed contractor Goh Chong Tee from Stateart interior design.I paid him amount of 630$ in the month of february.Then in March I paid him another 2000$.Meanwhile he completed some part of work.

Only thing remaning now is Kitchen cabinet.He has not been replying to my sms or calls since many days

when I called the stateart office they told me Mr Goh has run away with the money.I went to their office at Toa Payoh and met the manager Mr Tan.He assured me that I will get back my 1200$ or my kitchen cabinet will be installed

Now After few days when I again called him, he told me his boss is not picking up the call and they have closed the office.

Anyone had similar experience with Stateart interior design,blk 190 lorong 6 toa payoh.?

Can anybody suggest what should I do now ?
