Started this T-blog to find out more about reno work and etc. Hope to learn from other fellow Reno t-Bloggers and forum members.

Profile: First time home owner. Limited experiences.

Home: A small 64sqm 1+1 boutique development in the east.

Budget: $15k for Reno. $5k for appliances/electronics. $5k for furnitures.

Reno concept/direction: Timeless contemporary designs with modern theme of clean lines and sharp visuals.

Current Status: Waiting for ID's quotation. Furnitures shopping.

i don't think you need $15k to reno, it's pretty much done up already! you may need more than $5k for furniture though.

i will be blog my shoestring reno of 1+1 apartment after next week when everything is in place, look out for it!

Thank you. Yeah, might not be much since floorings and kitchen are mostly done. More like styling and furnishing.

hey. i bought 2 sets of the same tv for my place. paid 1399 for it with extended warranty

Cool. I think yours a better deal cos I dont have the extended warranty. Its so tiring to compare prices and etc. Finally I asked courts to match HN's price.

Finally purchased the sofa and dinning table.

Was at the Home Design and Decor fair at Sinagpore Expo yesterday. Saw this crystal black tempered glass top with black hairline polished aluminum by SEATS and it was love at 1st sight. :D I like their collections of furniture and accessories. Similar to Motto but prices are much lower.

As for the sofa, I have decided to go with Lush. A customized 2 1/2 seater.

Damage:

Dinning table - $1280.00

Sofa - $1580.00
