first appointment is ->Selection of flat -> paying of option fee only

2nd appointment

Signing Sales Agreement -> produce income documents|Stamp and Legal fees payment by cpf

is it correct?

No, option fee + income documents already have to be produced at your 1st appointment, Selection of flat.

If HDB decides that you are not financially capable to pay for the flat, HDB will deny you from the BTO.

At 2nd appointment, you will sign lease and pay 5% of the flat price + stamp fee.

HDB requires payslips for the last 3 months. They don't accept appointment letter.

You should try to call up HDB to check with them about your case of just join a new company.
