Are these important when selecting the contractors?

The contractors I have talked to so far have NONE of above. Does that matter?

yeah, me too, was wondering about this.... few IDs I talked too also none of the above....

For me,

I will die die ensure the contractor I engaged has HDB License.

All these licensed above,just paid $$$ only!! but also don't engage new I.D firms less than a year,not stable,anytime closed up & run away...

True to what subaru said. Licensed i heard can be bought so not 100% also la.

But those new firms less than 1 year i wont considered also.

Who knows if they close down and run with the money.
