Believed many of the RT members have not seen these. Quite sometime back, passing by Jalan Bahgia (a loop)& saw these buildings (ground floor, no lift, 2 storey height) almost mistook them as the "old changi hospital" Qty less than GCB, >30 yrs. But the land belongs to HDB. HDB just leasehold to occupant at a affordable price to those aspiring to stay on landed.
