Can Carpenter Mounted Dish Rack Be Removed Diy

Can anyone advise if the dish rack mounted by carpenters on the cabinets can be removed, ie by ourselves? I tried to search for screws that fasten the two pieces to my top hung cabinet, but can't find any.

Or does anyone know of a carpenter who is willing to do it? Just to remove the two pieces of rack, replace with two shelves, plus an alu frame glass door to close.
