Where To Find Info Of Sellers Who Is Selling Their Flat?

Hi,

I am looking for a flat in AMK and don't wish to go through agent due to my very bad experience with an agent. Thus, I would like to try looking for a flat myself.

Anyone knows where to get information of sellers who is selling their flat without agent as well?

I hope to move to AMK to stay near with my parent in 6xx series block.

Please help.

Do u think it's a good idea to create your own pamphlets and get that notification deposited in ALL the mailboxes for those blocks which r desirable to yourself?

I've been receiving tonnes of advertisements from both agents & individuals who r looking for purchase of flats at my area. As to how responsive the residents are, I've got no idea.

My sister inlaw was looking for flats located in certain block numbers in Serangoon. She distributed her own pamphlets door to door and chatted with the residents there. I think it took her more than 1 week and had 2 phonecalls from residents that they were selling.
