Indemnity Form For Partial Renovation

Recommended Posts

Hi folks,

Just wanted to find out if any of you used indemnity form to be signed by IDs/contractors before you handover keys to them for renovation of your home so that they're liable for any damages to your home? This is mainly for partial renovation.

hi,

i have request to my seller due to i need to hack partial of the wall. Approval for a small portion tooks about 4days in my case. so immediately after the 2nd appointment i can start the hacking. i suggest to safeguard yourself is to allow the renovation start after the 2nd appointment. remember to ask for a copy of the indemnity form. nevertheless, you can reject their request if you don't feel comfortable about it...
