2 Toilets:

shower screen + kerb for both

20 ft kitchen cabinet

7ft feature wall + tv console

L box and false ceiling for living/dining

include all electrical, lighting points

Looks like u missed out on painting of whole house

The quote is on the high side..should be around $10-12K
