Storage Heater Vs Multi Point Instant

Hi,

I was looking for a 30L storage heater at IMM and the sales recommanded a multipoint heater and claims that many pple had installed it at 'The Pinnacle' due to space constraint.

For user that have mulit point heater installed, please advise the following:

a) How is the water temperature if 2 showers are running concurrently?

b) Is it suitable with a rain-bath system?
